Anne-Therese Scott-Abbot discovered that Broome Hall was on the market again (January 2004). I thought
that you might like to see the selection of photos that was taken by the Estate
Agents (Kenniston), who kindly allowed me to reproduce them here. Here is the
response from the Managing Director :
" Dear
Mr.West
Thank you for your e-mail.
The part for sale is just a third of the existing frontage of the building and there are now 8 individual houses and three flats. It is probably the
only way a larger building of this nature can be maintained these days.
I have no objection to you copying the photo in question and you may be
interested in the virtual reality tour.
I am aware of your Order in Africa when I worked for Barclays Bank. May I
wish you and your collegues best wishes for the New Year. With kind regards
John Kenyon

remember that Anne-Therese and her sister Susanne lived at Broome Hall in the
sixties.
